Step 1 of 6: Front Page Info

The front page will normally contain details about the practice, its address, contact details, staff, hours, after hours contact procedures etc etc.. Here is an example of how our "fictitious" practice covered these areas, please edit as you see fit, or clear and type your own text, in the order in which you want it to appear. Please don't worry about formatting, we will do that and you can use the proof we send you to fine tune the styling and make any last minute adjustments. Please indicate if specific practic logos are to be used (they will need to be emailed separately).
